Industries

Built for your trade, not a template.

Every industry page below is backed by a website or piece of software we actually built and still look after. Read the one for your trade to see what the site has to do, what the SEO looks like, and what we would build first.

Six trades we know from the inside.

Each page covers the searches that matter in that trade, the pages a site needs, and the project behind our opinion.

Why niche pages

Nobody searches for "a web company."

People search for their problem in their trade: a plumber website that gets calls, an inventory site for a dealer, SEO for a travel agency. Those searches are small, and that is the point. They are specific, the competition is thin, and the person typing them is ready to talk. We would rather be the obvious answer for a handful of trades than a vague option for everyone.

  • We build and we rank. The technical half of SEO is code: speed, structure, schema, page templates. The same people do both here. See how we do SEO.
  • Custom when it should be custom. An inventory system or a booking flow is custom software, not a template plugin. A five-page trade site is not. We tell you which is which.
  • Kept running. Hosting, updates, and monthly SEO work in one month-to-month care plan, so the site keeps earning after launch.
  • Other industries we write about: healthcare, finance, and logistics software, and small business software generally.

Questions we get about industry work

No. These are the trades where we have a project we can point to, so the pages go deep. We build websites, custom software, and SEO for most owner-operated businesses: clinics, shops, restaurants, professional services, and nonprofits included. If your trade is not listed, the free audit is still the right first step.
Because the search terms, the customer's questions, and the thing the site has to do are different for each trade. A plumber's site needs tap-to-call and town pages; an equipment dealer needs an inventory system; a travel agency needs specialty and destination pages. Starting from a trade we know means we skip the generic template phase.
Yes. The Work page shows every project with a screenshot and a plain description of what it needed and what we built, and links to the ones that are public. We do not publish invented metrics or testimonials.
It is how the right people find us. Very few businesses search for a generic web company; they search for their problem in their trade, like a plumber website, a dealer inventory site, or SEO for a travel agency. Ranking for those narrower searches brings fewer visitors but far better ones.
Websites, software, and SEO all work remotely and most of our projects run over calls, texts, and shared links. Local SEO is tied to where your customers are, not where we are. We are based in Virginia and meet clients here in person when it helps.

Not sure which page is yours? Send us the site.

We will look at it the way a customer in your trade would and tell you what we would fix first. Free, and no sales call required.
