Most web designers hand you a site and leave. Most SEO agencies inherit a site they cannot change. Because we do both, the site is structured for search from the first line of code, and the SEO work never has to wait on a developer who is not around. One team owns the outcome.
We run our own products in production
We ship and operate our own software, including SweepFit and aidocusource, with real users and real bills. That means we know uptime, billing, email deliverability, backups, and customer support from the operator's side, not just the builder's. Plain English, fixed scope, no bloat
You will get a written scope you can understand, a price attached to that scope, and software that does the job without twelve features you never asked for. If a change would push the scope, we tell you before we build it, not after the invoice.
Virginia-based, remote-friendly
We are rooted in Virginia and most of our clients are here: contractors, trades, home services, shops, restaurants, clinics, and professional firms. We work remotely across the US just as easily, but we understand the Virginia market first-hand, and that matters when the goal is showing up in local search.

Virginia first, remote across the US
We serve small businesses across the Commonwealth, from Richmond and the Northern Neck to the Shenandoah Valley and Southside. Local SEO is different in every market, and knowing the difference between ranking in Roanoke and ranking in Hampton Roads is part of the job.

A few things we will not do
We scope honestly
We would rather quote a smaller first version that ships than a big one that stalls. If a project can be done in two phases, we will say so, and phase one has to be useful on its own.
We do not make up numbers
No invented client counts, no "300% more leads" graphics, no guaranteed rankings. When we report on SEO, you see the actual search data. When we estimate a project, you see the assumptions behind it.
We say no to work that should not be custom
If an existing tool does the job for a modest monthly fee, we will tell you to use it. Custom software makes sense when the off-the-shelf options do not fit, and we wrote a guide on when custom beats SaaS so you can judge for yourself.
Jonathan Pross
Pross Solutions is run by Jonathan Pross, a software developer based in Charlotte County, Virginia. He designs, builds, and hosts every project the company takes on, and he is the person who answers when you call or email — there is no account manager in between.
Jonathan grew up around a family utility-contracting business, which is where his instinct for small-business software comes from: the tools have to work on a phone in a truck, the forms have to actually reach someone, and the website has to bring in calls or it is just decoration. He built and still runs the company's own products, SweepFit and aidocusource, so he deals with hosting, billing, email deliverability, and support from the operator's side every day.
